Take it from the in-house physios at Hawthorn’s best gym - adopting the right habits can keep you training consistently for decades.
In our recent 2025 survey, a whopping 90% of our members said they felt happier when they trained. Does the training really impact our mental wellbeing?

What’s right for me? Where do I start? How do I see results? We’ve done the research and pulled together the science-based evidence about what works and why. On top of that, with around 100 years of combined experience to draw from, we’ve asked our fitness professionals at Visions what their tips are for staying on-track and motivated.

To help you on your journey, we’ve compiled the top eight factors to keep in mind when searching for the right gym in Hawthorn. And, of course, we’ll count them down for a little extra suspense.
