Our man Cal serves up tertiary expertise in all things strength & conditioning with a cheeky side of banter.

Originally from Scotland, Cal graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Science and has been working in the industry for over 3 years now. 

Cal is always providing a nuanced approach to training to find the best outcomes for every person he works with. Having achieved ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach qualifications, Cal has a strong focus of assisting clients with performance goals - whether that’s general strength or for sport-specific or event-specific goals. 

Not only does Cal offer in-person PT, but he also offers hybrid and fully online coaching to fit people’s preferences.

Meet Sydney

Sydney started in the fitness industry through years of swim coaching, but it was her own health and fitness journey that truly sparked the passion for helping others. Experiencing firsthand how movement can transform not just your body, but also your mindset and overall well-being made her want to share that impact with others.

With a strong background in group fitness, Sydney has worked with all kinds of people, but especially loves helping women feel confident, capable, and strong through weight training. She is also currently studying nutrition to better support you in fuelling both your workouts and your everyday life. 

She is big on finding balance and enjoyment when it comes to exercise. Sessions with Sydney will be designed to help you with your goals alongside finding routine and locking in the habits that will aid your lifestyle. Whether you're just getting started or ready to level up, she will be here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Meet Glen

Fitness has always been a huge part of Glen’s life, shaping who he is and how he approaches every challenge. As a former marine with five years of service, Glen brings discipline, resilience, and a results-driven approach to the way he trains. 

A Hyrox podium finisher last year in the Men’s Pro Doubles, he leads by example by showing how strength training can improve longevity, mental health and overall well-being.

His coaching style emphasises strict form all while keeping workouts enjoyable. He’ll ensure that you leave your sessions feeling stronger, healthier and more empowered.

Meet Brooke

@brookecull4

A former elite athlete, Brooke has 15 years of competitive sprinting experience, including representing New Zealand at the Commonwealth Games, breaking the NZ 4x400m record and earning multiple National titles. 

Recently retiring from sprinting, Brooke transitioned from training herself to training other people. After spending years in the gym and on the track - she is able to put all this knowledge to great use. As a coach, her goal is to help other people build confidence and develop a passion for movement. No matter where you are on your fitness journey - whether you’re just starting out, looking to improve your strength and conditioning or if it’s to focus on running - she’s here to support you. 

Brooke loves creating all-encompassing training programs that blend heavy lifting with dynamic hybrid sessions for a well rounded approach to fitness. Together, you’ll work towards your personal goals all while having a laugh and enjoying the process.

Not only does Brooke do in-person PT, but also offers online personalised programming, if that’s what you’re after. However you want to train, she’ll be there every step to help create a stronger and more confident you.

Meet Ben

Ben started off his fitness career running Martial Arts classes before moving on to complete his Bachelor’s in Sports and Exercise Science.

When it comes to coaching, Ben loves focusing on ways to maximise results for those of us with minimal time and finding ways to integrate health and fitness into a busy schedule. He’s passionate about mobility and bodyweight training but equally experienced in coaching for hypertrophy and strength gain. 

Ben’s style is not to overcomplicate training by ensuring to keep sessions simple and specific to what you’re after. He likes to coach by taking into account his client’s lifestyle and not overcommit to their training.

Together, you will work out how to make your training sustainable AND see results. Because after all, long term effort = the best results.
